Dear readers,
Sixty eight posts in and I have loved every post and every comment. I am so pleased to have met such wonderful people and to have been inspired by so many of you. I thought I might stop blogging when I returned to London (in just 3 weeks!) when I started blogging six months ago, but I want my blogging adventure to continue and be better. I want to carry on reading your great posts and being inspired and hopefully bring you some musings and cake recipes etc.
If any of you have ideas about how I can improve my blog then I'd love to hear them. I'd love to know what you enjoy and what you don't enjoy. Please be honest.
Here's something I don't enjoy: the awful quality of my photos. I'm dealing with it, and very soon there will be no more hazy grey pathetic excuses for photos, I promise.
I am also changing the look of this blog over the coming days... please stay tuned and I hope you like it!
Thank you so much for reading and for sharing by writing, and for the comments that have encouraged me so much,
With love,
Vanessa

Hi Vanessa. I just wanted to let you know I answered your question (as a comment) on my blog. Have a fantastic day!
I think your blog is fantastic. In every way. It's so fun for me to be able to read about your life and experiences...and FOOD. :) Thanks so much for the cookie tip. I've heard of them before but never tried. SLC is a mere 40 minute drice. Totally worth it for some serious cookies, right?
hi vanessa,
i am so glad that you've decided to stay with your blog when you return to london. i would've missed you terribly :)
can't wait for the new changes!
Looking forward to what's coming next!
Hmm, I LOVE your blog, and am so glad you're enjoying it too. =) As for the pictures, they're not as horrible as you might think, so don't be so hard on yourself. I'm having a lot of problems with indoor pictures too... maybe we can share photo-taking tips with each other!
Thanks for the kinda comment! I'm excited about being on the foodie blogroll and finding new reads like yours! I will definitely be following.
If you want some help with pictures, I may be able to help you. Just send me an email and we can chat! :)
I wanted to stop by and welcome you to the foodie blog roll. I think your blog is awesome!
I just discovered your beautiful blog, and I'm so glad I did!
I absolutely can't wait to try your gorgeous Charoset Hamantashen recipe... :-)
Vanessa, three weeks until you return to London, enjoy your time in Paris, one of my many favourite pastry shops in Gerald Mulot off of St. Germain, Harem is a wonderful jewelry shop in the same area on the other side of St. Germain, and of course Shakespeare and Books. I am not sure what your old blog looked like, but this is great.
I love your style of writing-love the photos too(no,I don't think they're awful).
Will wait to see the new look for your blog :-)
Vanessa - it is absolutely GORGEOUS! I love the little cake plate images and the fountain pen is lovely too. NICE JOB!
Thank you all so very much for your beautiful and happy-making comments - I didn't expect this and I really appreciate it! xxx
